We are seeking Robot Operators, Permanent Mold Operators and Core Assemblers on 2nd shift for these exciting, long-term employment opportunities! Compensation starts at $14.00 per hour. These positions will complete 1 to 2 weeks of training Monday – Thursday from 6:30am – 4:00pm. Once training is successfully completed, Robot Operators, Permanent Mold Operators and Core Assemblers will begin on 2nd shift which is Monday – Thursday, 4:30pm – 3:00am.
 

Robot Operator Main Responsibilities: 
 Prepare parts for loading using various hand tools and grinder
 Load parts onto fixture plates
 Finish aluminum parts with various hand tools
 Change out saw blade, mill bit, and track
 Fill lubricant reservoir

Core Assembler Main Responsibilities: 
 Produce cores on shell core machines or through CO2 process
 Finish and assemble cores according to work instructions
 Set up area with jigs, files, racks, trays, bins, glue, mud, etc.
 Perform and/or assist in core machine set-ups

Permanent Mold Operator Main Responsibilities: 
• Pouring molten aluminum into a permanent mold machine following work instructions
• Installing and removing dies for the machines
• Cleaning and shot blasting dies
• Load ingot, operate furnaces, and prepare molten aluminum according to work instructions
