CALLING ALL RED LAKE COUNTY VETERANS – REGISTER FOR RLC BOYS BBALL’S MILITARY APPRECIATION NIGHT

On Friday, December 13, the Red Lake County Rebels Boys’ Basketball team would like to sponsor a Military Appreciation Night to honor all of the Veterans in Red Lake County.  The event will be held in conjunction with the boys’ basketball game against Stephen-Argyle on December 13.

There will be a free spaghetti meal for all of the veterans and their guests starting at 4:45 in the Red Lake Falls High School cafeteria. The veterans and guests will be admitted free into the game and have reserved seating at the game.  After warmups for the varsity game, all of the veterans in attendance will be recognized individually as the “starting lineup” for that evening.

The Lafayette High School Band will play the National Anthem and the Lafayette High School Choir will sing patriotic songs at halftime.

The Red Lake County Rebel boys basketball team asks that if you are a veteran and plan to attend this event that you contact the following by December 5 and let them know that you will be in attendance and if you have a spouse/guest attending as well.  They need an approximate number to plan for the meal and seating.
