Anne Muir was newly elected as the President of the Polk County Historical Society. During the society’s board meeting on Thursday, February 6 outgoing President Jerry Amiot, who served as president for eight years, turned over the gavel to Muir. The Polk County Historical Society Board meets the first Thursday of every month at the museum in Crookston.
