GOLDEN LINK RECEIVES A $5,000 GRANT FROM THE CONGREGATION OF SISTERS OF ST. JOSEPH.

The Congregation of Sisters of St. Joseph recently made grants of $5,000 available for COVID-19-related emergencies in areas where the Sisters reside.  These grants were directed to not-for-profit organizations recommended by one or more of the Sisters and Associates and represent the Congregation’s desire to continue its mission to the “dear neighbor” as it did formerly through its education and health care institutions.  Associates of the Sisters of St. Joseph include Golden Link past President Gaye Wick, Mary Normandin, and Carol Romance along with Sister Pat Murphy, who initiated visits with local organizations.

Standing L-R from back row: Golden Link President Rand Hughes, Grant Committee Chairperson Kathy Goodyke, Sister Pat Murphy, and Golden Link Manager Corrina Doyea. Not pictured are Gaye Wick, or, Tammy Parkin from the Grant Committee.
