POLK COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE RESPONDS TO DRIVE-BY SHOOTING

On Sunday, December 23 at approximately 5:00 a.m. the Polk County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call of a drive-by shooting at a residence in Section 24 of Sletten Township Southwest of Fosston.  There was one occupant in the residence that was not injured.  This case is still active with the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.  No further information will be released at this time.
The Polk County Sheriff’s Office is asking anybody with information about this case to call 218-281-0431.
The Polk County Sheriff’s Office does not feel that there is a public safety risk in reference to this case.
