Rodrigo Jr. Rodriguez, 41 of Grand Forks, for 3rd Degree Drug Possession of Narcotics.
Tracie Lynae Lewis, 51 of Grand Forks, for Traffic-DUI-Fourth Degree Driving While Impaired.
