The victim of the shooting that occurred in Oklee Monday afternoon, Cody Eldene Landrus (31) of Oklee, remains in critical condition at Essentia Hospital in Fargo. The suspected shooter, Oliver John Berhow (27) of Fertile is still in custody at the jail in Crookston. A formal criminal complaint should be filed with the Court today and Mr. Berhow will have his initial appearance in Crookston. This matter still remains under investigation.

On the afternoon of 11/10/21, Oliver Berhow appeared in District Court in Red Lake Falls to face a felony 2 nd Degree Assault Charge. On this initial appearance, the Court set bail at $800,000 without conditions and $50,000 with conditions. At the time of this news, Mr. Berhow remains in custody.
