CROOKSTON CITY COUNCIL TO MEET MONDAY NIGHT

Crookston City Council

The Crookston City Council will meet on Monday night at 7:00 p.m. inside the City Hall Council Chambers. The meeting will begin with a Cub Scout presentation and presentation from the Downtown Crookston Development Partnership on their Walkability Study.

The Consent Agenda will include approving the November 8 meeting minutes, and all City of Crookston bills and disbursements in the amount of $190,967.88.

There will be nine public hearings for proposed assessments on city construction projects 975-983. There will also be a public hearing on the proposed assessment for unpaid water and sewer charges, and a public hearing to authorize the abatement of a housing incentive program.

The Regular Agenda will include nine resolutions for approving and adopting the proposed assessments for construction projects 975-983. The Regular Agenda will also include a resolution for approving and adopting the assessment for unpaid water and sewer charges, as well as a resolution approving and authorizing the abatement for a housing incentive program.

Other items on the agenda will include a resolution to approve the classification of Non-Conservation Tax Forfeited Land Located within the City of Crookston. A resolution authorizing pool repairs and increasing the budget, a resolution authorizing the transfer of funds, and a resolution approving payment for 2022 David Drown Associates.

A Ways & Means Committee meeting will take place immediately following the conclusion of the City Council meeting, and will be used to discuss the 2022 budget for the City of Crookston.
