The Northwest Regional Corrections Center announced the arrests of the following individuals:
Jorge Mendiola Jr., 39 of Channelview, TX, for felony terroristic threats, causing or attempting to cause terror.
David Allen Neadeau, 51 of MN, for felony possession of a pistol or assault weapon after being convicted or adjudicated delinquent for a crime of violence.
Guadalupe Mejla Jr., 65 of East Grand Forks, for a gross misdemeanor for driving after cancellation. Released on personal recognizance.
Melissa Jean Haugen, 34 of Northwood, ND, for felony probation violation.
