Fire Calls
At 12:09 Tuesday afternoon, the Crookston Fire Department received a call from an alarm company for a general fire alarm at 1500 North Broadway. Upon arrival and investigation, they traced the cause to a burst water pipe in a ceiling. They reset the alarm and turned it over to maintenance.
At 8:11 p.m., they responded to an alarm pull at 111½ West Robert. The investigation found that a child had pulled the alarm and there was no emergency; they reset the alarm and cleared the scene.
