The Crookston City Council will meet on Monday at 5:30 p.m. in the City Hall council chambers.
The meeting will begin with presentations and public information announcements from the following organizations: Benedictine Living Community, Crookston Aquatic Boosters, Chamber of Commerce, Downtown Crookston Development Partnership, Golden Link Senior Center, Scruffy Tails Humane Society, and Tri-Valley Opportunity Council. These organizations are requesting grants in the total amount of $271,375.
The regular agenda will include the resolution regarding the Cash Farm Lease Agreement with the Regents of the University of Minnesota and the resolution amending the 2024-2025 Housing Incentive Program. It will also include the resolution for a public hearing regarding the 120 North Main Street Building. The final item on the agenda will be the resolution regarding the Crookston Municipal Airport revised layout plan.
The consent agenda will include the approval of minutes from the October 9, council meeting. It will also include the approval of bills and disbursements in the amount of $495,300.79.
The Crookston Ways and Means Committee will meet following the City Council meeting in the City Hall council chambers.
The agenda includes the non-profit organization grant discussion and further discussion of the 2024 proposed adjusted budget.
