The Crookston Pirate Girls’ Golf team finished first and fourth place at the East Grand Forks Invite at Valley Golf Course in East Grand Forks. Crookston shot a 375, eight strokes better Roseau. Crookston 2 shot a 427.
Crookston’s Ava Martin was the medalist with a 91 and her teammate Halle Nicholas was tied for second place with a 92.
Martin had a birdie, three pars, and 12 bogies for her best scores. Nicholas had six pars and seven bogies for her top scores.
Addie Fee carded a 95 with four pars and seven bogies for her top scores. Morgan Nelson and Kaylie Clauson rounded out the top five scores with a 97. Nelson had three pars and eight bogies, while Clauson had two pars and 10 bogies for their top scores.
