Minnesota Investment Fund (MIF) – Northstar Lime LLC
Notice is hereby given in accordance with State Statute that the City of Crookston will hold a public hearing on Monday, February 2, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. at the Crookston City Hall Council Chambers at 124 N Broadway, in Crookston, MN. to consider a request related to the Minnesota Investment Fund (MIF) assistance provided to Northstar Lime LLC.
The public hearing will consider a proposed one-year extension of the MIF compliance date. Northstar Lime LLC has requested the extension due to documented operational challenges that delayed the company’s ability to fully meet job creation requirements within the original compliance period. If approved, the compliance date would be extended to December 30, 2026.
