Crookston Community Education will be offering Intro to MIG Welding and Intro to Woodshop classes to adult learners this spring. Information on the classes is below.
Intro to MIG Welding
Learn skills for career and hobbyist, including: principles of MIG welding, setting up an MIG welder, components, safety, completion of multiple welds, grinding metal, grinding wheels, and properly shutting down a welder. Safety gear will be provided at class. Please dress accordingly.

Course fee: $80, cash or check payable to Crookston Public Schools
One course, four class meetings: April 14, 16, 21, 23 from 6:30 pm-8:00 pm
Must be an adult learner 18+ to join the course.

Intro to Woodshop
Learn to use equipment in a woodshop along with building a small project. Learn the safety and use of: table saw, miter saw, band saw, and jointer. Create a small project such as a cutting board/charcuterie board or similar project. Please dress accordingly.
