Jordan Michael Lavallie-Short, 23 of East Grand Forks, for domestic assault by strangulation

On Tuesday, March 10th, at 4:00 p.m., the Crookston Fire Department responded to 1900 Pirate for an elevator alarm activation. On scene, there was nobody inside the elevator, so they made sure it was functioning properly before clearing the scene
