Polk County Public Health is seeking input from residents on potential changes to the Active Transportation Plan.
Polk County Health is collaborating with the Polk County Highway Department and the Toward Zero Death Coalition on the survey and is seeking input from residents across the county. Polk County is working to improve safety and access for walking, biking, and rolling. Input from survey takers will help shape future road improvements, safer routes, and possible trail development in our communities.
Whether you walk, bike, roll, drive, or simply care about safer streets and better connections in our community, your feedback can help guide future improvements. The survey asks questions about how often you are active in the community, safety concerns or issues you may have, and opinions on adding or extending multi-use trails throughout the county.
