Leonard Albert Nesdahl, 44, of East Grand Forks, for third-degree DUI with one aggravating factor
Haleigh Kay Krogeoss, 24, of Grand Forks, ND, for third-degree DUI with one aggravating factor
Larry Edward Robb, 67, of Thief River Falls, for fourth-degree DUI
Guillermo Garza, 52, arrested in Halstead, for fifth-degree assault-inflict or attempt bodily harm
Hermon Lee Lenoir, Jr., 37, of East Grand Forks, for fifth-degree assault-fear of bodily harm or death
