9 people filed to run for the three openings on the Crookston School Board in the November 3 election.
Only one current school board member filed to run for re-election: Marcia Meine. The other eight people who filed to run for the school board are Amanda Arndt, Nikk Caputo, Brandan Hasby, Alex Koepsell, Jim McBride, Andrew Mendez, Elizabeth Murphy, and Jacob Snyder.
Patty Dillabough filed to run for Crookston City Council, and Tim Dufault (current board chair) is retiring after many years of service.
The General Election will take place on Tuesday, November 3.
