Leblanc Realty in Crookston is accepting requests for proposals (RFPs) for the Washington School property.
The property at 724 University Avenue includes 8.824 acres and a 31,020-square-foot school building.
There will be property tours on August 11 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. and August 12 from 8:00 to 9:30 a.m.
RFP’s are due by Wednesday, August 26, 2026 by 4:30 p.m. to LeBlanc Realty at 620 6th Street West in Crookston, Minnesota 56716.
