The City of Crookston, Crookston Parks and Recreation, and Polk County Public Health will hold the last Wednesday on the Water for 2026 on August 5, starting at 5:00 p.m.
The trip down the Red Lake River begins at the launch off of US Highway 2 and US Highway 9 and ends at Central Park. Whether you are an experienced paddler or trying it for the first time, you are encouraged to attend and share in the summer fun.
Free kayak and canoe rentals are available in limited supply, courtesy of the University of Minnesota Extension and Oliver’s Canoe Outfitters, but participants may also bring their own kayaks or canoes.
