The Northwest Regional Corrections Center in Crookston has reported the arrest of the following:
Sheila Marie Olberg, 47, of Red Lake Falls, for DUI-refusal to submit to a blood test
Steven Wesly Freeman, 28, of Grand Forks, ND, for disorderly conduct
Cody Brian Larson, 34, of Fosston, for second-degree DUI-alcohol concentration of 0.1 or more within two hours
