Corey Strem won the 2026 Happy Joe’s Pizza and Ice Cream Parlor Ox Cart Days Pizza Eating Contest on Saturday. He finished 12 slices of pizza in seven minutes and 10 seconds.
Corey will receive one large Happy Joe’s pizza a month for an entire year, and his photo will be added to their Wall of Fame.
Gunnar Gisvold, Raistlin Adams, Hunter Nicholas, and Joshua Portillo also competed and were awarded coupons for a free large Happy Joe’s Pizza.
