The City of Crookston is accepting sealed bids for a three-year cash farm lease of approximately 356 tillable acres, more or less, located at the Crookston Municipal Airport.
Bidders shall submit a proposed cash rental rate per acre, per year. The lease will be awarded to the highest responsible bidder, subject to approval by the Crookston City Council.
Bidders are advised that approximately 10 acres, more or less, may be removed from the lease during the three-year term for a potential airport expansion or improvement project. Rent will be adjusted based on the actual acreage available for farming.
Sealed bids must be clearly marked “Crookston Municipal Airport Cash Farm Lease Bid” and submitted to:

Bids must be received by 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at which time the bids will be publicly opened at Crookston City Hall.

The City of Crookston reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive minor irregularities, and accept the bid determined to be in the best interest of the City.
