We kicked off the Celebrate the Young Child events with WHEELS ON THE GO! at the fabulous Wildwood Park!
The event was geared towards children from birth to age 8 and their parents, and over 100 people enjoyed the beautiful fall evening exploring a tractor and loader, enjoying a healthy snack, painting with trucks, playing with monster trucks in a sensory table, and more. Thank you to Titan Machinery and Crookston Parks and Recreation for sharing their big wheels with us! And a big THANK YOU to those who help put on the event: RiverView Health, Crookston Public Library, Polk County Family Resource Center, UMC, Polk County Public Health, Our Savior’s Lutheran School, Tri Valley Head Start, Crookston Public Schools, and the Crookston Early Childhood Initiative.
