The Northwest Regional Corrections Center in Crookston has reported the arrest of the following:
Shelly Regene Christopher, 55, of Grand Forks, ND, for second-degree DUI with two or more aggravating factors
Adam Arnold Bingham, 47, was arrested in Polk County for third-degree DUI with one aggravating factor
Axle Thomas Seelye, 37, of Crookston, for domestic abuse, no contact order-violation of no contact order within 10 years of previous conviction
