Vending Machine Route Driver

Position Summary
We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused Vending Machine Route Driver to service and maintain vending machines at assigned customer locations. This position is responsible for driving an established route, stocking machines, rotating inventory, collecting payments, and maintaining clean and operational machines.
The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, physically capable, and comfortable working independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive an assigned route and service vending machines at customer locations.
- Load and transport vending products and supplies safely.
- Stock machines according to product demand and established merchandising standards.
- Rotate inventory and check products for freshness and quality.
- Remove expired, damaged, or unsellable products.
- Collect cash according to company procedures.
- Maintain accurate inventory, sales, cash, and service records.
- Keep vending machines clean, organized, and presentable.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and minor maintenance on vending equipment.
- Report equipment problems requiring additional repair or service.
- Monitor product levels and communicate restocking needs.
- Follow all company safety, driving, cash-handling, and security procedures.
- Complete daily route paperwork and electronic documentation accurately.
- Assist with warehouse loading, unloading, and inventory tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and a clean or acceptable driving record.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily route efficiently.
- Ability to use a smartphone or handheld device for route and inventory information.
- Previous delivery, route service, vending, warehouse, or customer-service experience is preferred but not required. Paid training will be provided.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, push, and pull products and equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and climb in and out of a delivery vehicle throughout the workday.
- Ability to work in varying indoor and outdoor conditions.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Days
Pay: $18–$24 per hour starting
