A summer concert by the Area Women’s and Men’s choruses was held on Tuesday evening at First Presbyterian Church. The concert featured a variety of music from Rodgers and Hammerstein tunes to gospel music performed by each of the choruses. The final number by the combined choruses was dedicated to a former member of the Women’s chorus, Kristina Gray, who passed away recently. George French, director of the Area Men’s Chorus, also performed a special piece on the pipe organ.
