Samantha Marie Ahnefeld, 33 was arrested in East Grand Forks, for failure to appear after being charged with a felony.
Jimmy Chen, 51 of California, for theft by swindle
Holly Nikita Goodsell, 36 of Halstad, for second-degree DUI with two or more aggravating factors.
Mark A Walter, 31 of Grand Forks, for third-degree drug possession in a school/park/or public housing zone.
Billy Dee Carr, 44 of East Grand Forks, for fugitive from justice from another state.
Alexis Irene Ingvalson, 19 of East Grand Forks, for fifth-degree assault
Benjamin Ryan Leonard Bayliss, 32 of East Grand Forks, for fourth-degree DUI
Michael Gene Oppegard Jr., 25 of Mahnomen, for possession of a pistol or assault weapon with a previous felony conviction
John Patrick Goldsmith, 59 of Fosston, for cannabis open package
Dustin Gregory Belardi, 44 of Erskine, for driving after cancellation.
Angela Jean Carter, 48 of East Grand Forks, for third-degree driving while impaired, refusal to submit to a chemical test
