The Northwest Regional Corrections Center announced the arrest of the following –
Douglas Loren Markel, 43 of Saint Thomas, for DUI fourth-degree, driving while impaired.
Heidi Suzanne Nelson, 43 of Crookston, for contempt of court, willful disobedience to court mandate.
