Josh Leon Herrera, 22, of Thief River Falls, for fourth-degree DUI
Ryan James Ferwerda, 40, of Crookston, for DUI with an alcohol concentration of .08 within two hours
Jozie Rae Morlan, 23, of Crookston, for misdemeanor fifth-degree assault
