The Northwest Regional Correction Center reported the arrest of the following –
Melissa Diane Rodriguez, 46, no address listed, for traffic DUI and refusal to submit to chemical testing.
Sanaa Kai Ragland, 23, no address listed, for domestic assault, and committed act to cause fear of immediate bodily harm to another.
