Adam Jeffery Hicks, 43, of Grand Forks, ND, for third-degree drugs – possession of a schedule I or II narcotic (LSD, MDA, or MDMA) in a school/park/public housing zone
Andrew Eamos Lewis Root, 33, of Crookston, for second-degree drugs – sale of 5 or more kilos of marijuana in a school/park/public housing zone
Thomis James Fourstar, 34, of Crookston, for disorderly conduct
Jacob Alexander Smagala, 23, arrested in Ada, for criminal vehicular homicide or operation- alcohol concentration .08 or more within two hours driving
Irma Salinas, 61, of Crookston, for second-degree DUI with two or more aggravating factors
Emily Terra Bellanger, 25, of Fisher, for providing a peace officer a false name of another
Michael Jacob Bendel=Paulson, 37, of Dilworth, for second-degree burglary of a dwelling
Abdikarim Mohamed Farid, 25, of East Grand Forks, for false imprisonment-intentional restraint
Matthew Thomas Stevens, 40, of McIntosh, for third-degree DUI with one aggravating factor
