The Northwest Regional Corrections Center in Crookston reported the following arrests. Armando Cuellar Cortez, 39 of Crookston, for DUI. Curtis Wayne Hester, 32 (no address given) for A Crime of Violence with a Firearm. Cory Lee Klinke, 44 of Fosston, for First-Degree DUI.
