ARREST/FIRE REPORT – FEBRUARY 22, 2024

The Northwest Regional Corrections Center in Crookston has reported the arrest of the following –  Jose Guadalupe Romero, 31 of Crookston, for second-degree DUI and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Terry Lee Kemper, 19 arrested in Mahnomen County, for fifth-degree assault, gross misdemeanor.
