The Crookston City Council will meet on Monday at 5:30 p.m. in the City Hall council chambers, and the Ways and Means Committee will meet immediately afterward. The agenda will include the resolutions regarding the Cash Farm Lease to be awarded to C&D Reitmeier and confirming the sale of property by the city of Crookston.
CHEDA held a special meeting on Wednesday morning at Valley Technology Park and discussed further plans for the Industrial Park project. CHEDA first discussed awarding Houston Engineering to take on the engineering studies for the Industrial Park project. The study will include a preliminary engineering report about the property and an environmental report (NEPA report).
