The Polk County Sheriff’s Office, Minnesota State Highway Patrol, and Crookston Fire Department responded to a car fire two miles east of Fisher on Highway 2. The authorities blocked off the eastbound lane of Highway 2. The car was a total loss and was in flames before the Fire Department was able to arrive on the scene. The owners of the car were able to get out of the car safely. We will have more on the incident when it becomes available. Video and pictures from the fire are below.
