Due to uncertain weather conditions and the timing of the snow’s arrival overnight, the CHEDA Board meeting scheduled for tomorrow at 7:00 a.m. at Valley Technology Park has been postponed until Tuesday, January 4, at 12:00 p.m.
The Crookston Parks and Recreation Department must extend the city’s pool closure to allow adequate time for the delivery of materials and repair. They apologize for this inconvenience and will announce an estimated reopen date as soon as possible. They Thank everyone for their understanding while they make the pool safe for all citizens.

The Northwest Regional Corrections Center in Crookston reported the following arrests. Kayla Diane Twete, 21 (no address given) for a traffic accident with an unattended vehicle. Aaron Charles Stevens, 62 of Crookston, for Contempt of Court.
The Diocese of Crookston is currently in the middle of a Capital Campaign called “The Perfect Fit.” The reason for the campaign is because the Diocese will be moving from their current building located at 1200 Memorial Drive in Crookston, and into the Mount St. Benedict Monastery located at 620 Summit Avenue North.
