UPDATE: TWO INDIVIDUALS TAKEN INTO CUSTODY AT NORTH ACRES ESTATES

UPDATE: 12/30/20 1:15 p.m. Vincent Villarreal was a person of interest in the December 5 death of Jeffrey Allen Shulzitski at the Budget Inn Express in Grand Forks. Wednesday’s arrest was on warrants unrelated to the Grand Forks investigation.  The Grand Forks Police Department will seek to speak with Villarreal about their open investigation now
