POLK COUNTY REPORTS 45 COVID-19 CASES, MN REPORTS 5,493 CASES, 15 DEATHS

The Minnesota Department of Health is reporting 5,493 confirmed cases of COVID-19 from 41,986 completed tests for a positive rate of 13.1 percent.
