MINNESOTA REPORTS 7 DEATHS, 698 NEW CASES OF COVID-19 INCLUDING 3 IN POLK COUNTY

The Minnesota Department of Health is reporting 698 new cases of COVID-19 and seven deaths. There were 13,810 tests completed for a positive rate of 5.1 percent.
