RED RIVER VALLEY JUVENILE CENTER SETS RECORD PROGRAM NUMBERS, CORRECTIONS CENTER HOLDS STEADY

Tri-County Community Corrections Executive Director Andrew Larson reported to the Regional Corrections Board this week on the 2019 populations at the Red River Valley Juvenile Center and Northwest Regional Corrections Center.  The juvenile center had its highest average daily population at 10.6 juveniles, while the Northwest Regional Corrections Center held steady with its five-year average

PEDESTRIAN STRUCK IN PARKING LOT HIT AND RUN IN GRAND FORKS

UPDATE: 1/15/20 2:50 p.m.  On January 15, contact was made by a Grand Forks Police Department officer with the driver of the vehicle involved in the accident.
