KROX and Bergan Travel sponsored a “Take a Trip on Us” contest. When people shopped at twenty-three participating businesses, they entered their name in the drawing. KROX called each one of the participating businesses, and that business drew one name from their box. That person then qualified for the final drawing held after the noon
Staff at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church and School participated in their annual hotdish competition on February 26. Participants voted for their favorites with their donations and the winner was Stacey Stevens’ Cowboy Casserole. The University of Minnesota Crookston is preparing for its March International Dinner Series. The dates are Monday, March 3, 17, 24, and 31. They will all take place starting at 6:00 p.m. in Bede Ballroom. Rae French works in student affairs at the University and has worked on the International Dinner series for many years.
