The spring semester has come and gone, and we celebrated more than 150 graduates and their families this past weekend at Commencement ceremonies and had more than 350 students who will receive their degrees as some of them could not attend in person. The Crookston Middle School Music Department will present a Spring Concert on Monday, May 20, at 7:00 p.m. in the CHS Auditorium. The concert will feature the grand bands from grades 5-8 and choirs and orchestras from grades 6-8. This middle school students have two chances each year to perform a concert as a group;
Summer Driver Education registration is now open. Registration forms are due back to Crookston High School by Friday, May 31. There are two sessions to choose from (7-10 am or 2-5 pm). The cost is $325, and the fee must be paid by May 31, 2024. Summer classes run from June 3 to June 18,
Members of the Crookston Middle School Choir participated in the Annual UMC Junior High Festival on Wednesday, May 8. Other school choirs that participated alongside Crookston included Ada-Borup-West, East Grand Forks, Mahnomen, Red Lake Falls, and Win-E- Mac.
