The first graders are a great addition to Highland School and are making new friends in their new school. On Friday morning Bob O’Halloran, Crookston Store Manager for Hugo’s Family Marketplace, presented a check to Humane Society of Polk County Board President Barry Stephens for $1,142 from Hugo’s and their customers. O’Halloran said Hugo’s matched the donations made by customers when checking out. “It was a donation we did through the tills,” said O’Halloran.
