Arrest/Fire Report – Monday, September 2, 2019

The Northwest Regional Corrections Center announced the arrests of the following individuals: Andrea Lynn Broden, 34 of Fertile, for felony domestic assault by strangulation. Martin Thomas Vogel Jr., 37 of Langdon, ND, for felony possession of a controlled substance.

HUGO’S FAMILY MARKETPLACE, CUSTOMERS MAKE DONATION TO POLK COUNTY HUMANE SOCIETY

On Friday morning Bob O’Halloran, Crookston Store Manager for Hugo’s Family Marketplace, presented a check to Humane Society of Polk County Board President Barry Stephens for $1,142 from Hugo’s and their customers.  O’Halloran said Hugo’s matched the donations made by customers when checking out.  “It was a donation we did through the tills,” said O’Halloran.
