CHS COMMUNITY PROJECTS CLASS TAKES A TOUR OF ARCTIC CAT IN THIEF RIVER FALLS

Today, the Crookston High School Community Projects Class visited Arctic Cat in Thief River Falls for a tour. 24 students went on the visit that included a factory tour with all the different stations throughout. They saw the production of Side by Sides, ATV’s and Snowmobiles, and the visit included guest speakers from the plant talking about what they do within the plant and their experience. They also gave advice to the students on what to take in high school and college classes and even made a pitch for summer part-time and full-time help to the students.

It was a very unique experience for the students. CHS Industrial Education Teacher Travis Oliver would like to thank Arctic Cat for allowing us the opportunity to visit.
