CROOKSTON AMERICINN RACKS UP TWO AWARDS FOR GUEST REVIEWS

AmericInn in Crookston is racking up the awards. They’ve received two of them in as many weeks, one from the Wyndham and AmericInn brand, and a second from Hotels.com.

Co-Owner and Manager Cory Dallager said they were recognized as one of the brand’s top-performing hotels and teams. “We got a call last Friday (April 9) that AmericInn won Best of AmericInn,” said Dallager. “It’s awarded to all kinds of different things with AmericInn – brand standards, meeting all those different things, great guest reviews, and stuff like that came through that were really good for the past year during the pandemic. We did an outstanding job, above and beyond that. It was a really nice award we received. Normally, we’d probably receive it at our annual conference in Las Vegas, but they canceled that the last two years. Normally these awards are presented at that, so hopefully, next year we can have that. So, it was good quality scores and guest reviews, and everything else that played in getting that award.”

To be eligible for the award, hotels must demonstrate strong quality scores, outstanding guest reviews and an unwavering commitment to the Wyndham Rewards loyalty program and its members. Rooms feature free Wi-Fi, flat-screen televisions, and solid masonry construction to enhance the sleep experience. Future renovations are planned to further enhance the customer experience.

AmericInn also received a Hotels.com award for the second consecutive year. “We also got Hotels.com Loved by the Guest Award winner for 2021,” said Dallager. “Out of a 1-10 scale, we got an 8.6. That’s a pretty good award to get too from Hotels.com. That’s a third-party booking agency. We got that last year as well.”

AmericInn is thankful for its guests, the dedication to quality work by its staff, and the support of the community. Dallager said things are shaping up to be a pretty good summer at the hotel. “It’s picking up; looking like it’s going to be a good summer,” said Dallager. “A lot of business coming through. A lot of construction going on in the area. Sounds like a good summer coming forward.”
