The Crookston High School Knowledge Bowl teams finished first, second, and 11th out of 27 teams at the University of Minnesota Crookston competition on Tuesday. The first-place finish for Crookston is the fourth straight and a perfect start to the competition season.
The team of Ben Brantner, Anna Huck, Ainsley Boucher, and Alexia Threatt finished first place. The team of George French, Emily Gillette, Scott Cordova, and Linnea French took second, and the team of Walker Winjum, Tai Baig, Anke Weirsma, Janae Luckow, and Josue Bernia took 11th place.
