The Crookston Police Department responded to an accident on Tuesday, June 20, at 8:52 a.m. at the intersection of South Ash Street and East Robert Street.
The vehicles involved in the accident were a 2016 White Kenworth Truck, driven by Keith Patrick of Lancaster, Kentucky, and a 1989 Chevrolet Blazer, driven by Judi Capito, of Crookston.
Crookston Area Ambulance attended to Capito, who sustained minor injuries. There was moderate damage to the semi and severe damage to Chevrolet Blazer.
A citation was issued to Keith Patrick for failure to yield.
Also assisting were Crookston Fire Department and Minnesota State Patrol.
