The Crookston School District and Sanford Power are teaming up to offer a Summer strength and conditioning program from June 1 through August 7 at the Crookston High School.
The Crookston summer strength and conditioning sessions are part of a comprehensive training program designed to improve the long-term athletic development of all participants. Led by a nationally certified strength and conditioning coach, this program will enhance speed, agility, power, strength, mobility, and endurance. Sessions will be capped at 25 participants per session. Additional time slots will be opened if the number exceeds the max per age group. Age Groups will be based on the 2026-2027 school year.
Parents/Guardians of student-athletes intending to participate in athletics MUST complete the online registration process, be cleared for athletic participation, and meet all eligibility requirements prior to engaging in any athletic activity.
Cost for the 10-week program is –
9-12 graders – $300
7-8 grades – $250
5-6 grades – $125
The program will run –
Session 1 (9th-12th) – 6:15 am – 7:30 am (Mon.-Thu.)
Session 2 (9th-12th) – 7:30 am – 8:45 am (Mon. – Thu.)
Session 3 (7th-8th) – 9:00 am – 10:00 am (Mon. – Thu.)
Session 4 (7th-8th) – 10:00 am – 11:00 am (Mon. – Thu.)
Session 5 (5th-6th) – 11:15 am – 12:00 pm (Mon/Wed)
Session 6 (5th-6th) – 11:15 am – 12:00 pm (Tue/Thu)
The registration and payment deadline is May 29. The program won’t be held July 4-10.
