Elise Tangquist, a 2017 Crookston High School graduate and current sophomore at the University of Northwestern (St. Paul). Elise is a member of the women’s golf team was named to the UMAC Women’s Golf All-Conference First team after she finished the UMAC Championships on Saturday with a fourth-place finish and recorded a 92.3 stroke average this season. In the championships, she shot three rounds of 86, 88, and 97 for a total of 271. Elise also received the UMAC Sportsmanship award. Tangquist is the daughter of Jason and Renee.
